Kilpatrick Equipment Company services and supports everything we sell as well as products purchased from other retailers. We have our own in house service department for quicker turnaround times, and we are an authorized warranty repair center for most brands we sell.

Repair rates: $69.43 per hour*, plus parts

*most repairs are completed with one hour

The customer will be contacted with a repair estimate at which time payment information will be taken. If the estimate is declined or the unit is not repairable due to excessive damage or parts are no longer available, there will be a $25 estimate fee.

We also offer telephone, remote, and onsite (DFW area only) support for those who need technical assistance with their dictation or transcription equipment.

Telephone/Remote Support: $26.25 per 15 minutes Onsite Support: $95-$115 per hour (travel charges may be applicable)
